Description
Surrounded by sky high pine trees, cooing hens & sing song birds the leafy grounds of Springwater Schoolhouse provide the perfect backdrop to this full day retreat. Close enough for a day trip from Toronto & 25 min from Collingwood, but far enough that you’ll immediately drop into the serenity of quiet country living.
We all say we want to start the year healthy, grounded & inspired. Consider this your structure & strategy to support those goals. We’ve created a full day of our favourite practices, including breathwork, meditation, yoga, journalling, & so much delight.✨
Our well-rounded and heart-driven experience combines these modalities to get you out of your head and into your body. From this present place, we will savour 2024 for all of its juiciness & pragmatically set intentions & goals for the year ahead. Join us! ❤️❤️
