In the certification course, you will train and deepen the implementation and control of a coaching process across all phases. You will also learn what criteria are used to evaluate coaching. This means that you are already on the home stretch on your way to becoming a professional business coach.

By successfully passing the written final exam, you already meet another important prerequisite for your subsequent certification as a Systemic Business Coach (SBC). ®

The certification course is divided into three modules, each lasting three days, supplemented by two days of practical supervision.

The certification course in detail

Z1: Challenge Coaching (3 days)

In order for your client to develop his full potential, you as a coach must constantly challenge and shake him up. Effective coaching must therefore also be a “challenge” in phases. What is important and how you can still maintain a good relationship with your client is the topic of the first block of the certification course. In addition, you will learn to use the “Inner Team” model to make your client’s inner parts visible, for example to resolve inhibiting contradictions.

Z2: Constellation work in individual coaching (3 days)

Constellation work is one of the most effective methods for achieving rapid change – also and especially in a business context. In the second block of the certification course, you will learn the basic principles of constellation work. In practical exercises, you will work with various constellation methods that are well suited for individual coaching.

Z3: Dress rehearsals, transfer team processes and theoretical exam (3 days)

In the third block of the certification course, we create a transfer of the learned methods for use in team processes. In addition, you will expand your repertoire of coaching methods to include working with personality tests. The theoretical exam also takes place in this block, which is a prerequisite for later SBC certification. Through the dress rehearsals, each participant has the opportunity to receive detailed feedback, from which the entire group also participates.

Practice supervision

As an integral part of the training, a one-day practice supervision takes place immediately before this block. Here you present a current case from one of your practice coaching sessions.
