The dynamic strategies highlighted at this retreat will help attendees elevate presence and flexibility in their personal as well as professional lives. Eye-opening demonstrations will jump-start new thinking that addresses isolation, distraction, emotional reactivity, and anxiety.

Spirited interactions between speakers and audience members will resonate on both work and home fronts, guiding a lively journey toward healthier lives and calmer, clearer leadership.
