Program Summary

Day One: Core Program

You will learn the basics of the methodology. This training will introduce you to the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® tool. You will know how to use the different tools including the flow theory, the use of rules for setting up the playing field, etiquette, traps to avoid, and all along a multitude of applications in different scenarios that will enable the hand-brain connection. Theory merges with practice.

Day Two: Teams and Groups

The second day moves participants in and out of the process while exploring individual identity and internalizing the idea of ​​how this tool can be customized for all types of workshops or processes, including team workshops.

Day Three: Landscape and Systems Development for Teams and Groups

The third day of the program will allow you to understand how to use LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® with identity and landscape kits to recreate 3D models that illustrate complex environments in which elements such as equipment and projects, as well as other associated systems, interact to create environments that can be “played” in real time. You will learn how to design your workshops for perfect execution.

1. Manual and parts kit to start designing and developing workshops now!

2. Training certification accredited by a SPG Europe® Master Trainer in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodologies and materials.

3. Inclusion and registration in the global list of certified LSP facilitators.
