The acquisition of industrial projects for scientific institutions is extremely lucrative. Nevertheless, many scientific acquirers are fighting for industry funds, and patent marketing alone is often not enough.

Our two-day seminar offers insights into the success factors and proven acquisition techniques that lead to more industrial projects. Discover how you can confidently convince industrial customers to invest in your innovative technologies.

In this seminar you will learn how to carry out the acquisition of industrial projects and R&D contracts in a targeted manner and how to successfully market the research services of your scientific institution/team. You will learn how to identify new industrial customers, make lucrative industry contacts and arouse interest. In the process, you will learn conversation strategies and questioning techniques for successfully conducting acquisition interviews. In addition, you will work on your own communication behavior and develop an eye for identifying customer benefits in order to successfully market your offer.
